Dr. Nojus Saad
Dr. Nojus Saad is a multi award-winning global health diplomat, physician, and social
entrepreneur shaping the future of global health justice and digital innovation. As a
technical advisor to the World Health Organization, he co-develops health indicators
adopted by WHO, UNFPA, and the World Bank, driving policy accountability worldwide.
As founder of Youth For Women Foundation, he pioneered 41 youth-led initiatives
across Iraq, India, and France, mobilizing almost $100,000 to scale digital sexual,
reproductive and mental health interventions. A former Vice Chair of WHO’s PMNCH, he
has influenced global health policies, leading youth coalitions across 12 SWANA
countries and engaging thousands of young advocates.
An advisor to the UN Office for Project Services’ Executive Leadership and to Lady
Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, Dr. Saad merges AI-driven mental healthcare
solutions with diplomacy to create systemic change. With a medical degree and
executive training from Karolinska Institutet, he is redefining health equity in
humanitarian and low-resource settings.

Dr. Josef Witt-Doerring, MD is a psychiatrist renowned for his expertise in the field of drug tapering and withdrawal management. With years of experience in clinical psychiatry, he has developed a particular interest and specialization in assisting patients with the safe and effective tapering of psychiatric medications. His approach is patient-centered, focusing on individualized plans that prioritize the patient's well-being and functioning. He is also the CEO of TaperClinic, where he puts this approach into practice, leading the world’s largest psychiatric drug tapering program.
